These terms govern your use of RiseNkap. By creating an account or contributing to a campaign, you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your country of residence and hold a valid mobile money account to contribute or receive payouts.
2. Campaign types
RiseNkap supports donation fundraisers, reward-based project campaigns, and njangui/tontine savings circles. Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of the information they publish and for delivering any reward they promise.
3. No securities, no equity
RiseNkap does not offer, and reward-based project campaigns never constitute, shares, equity, or any financial security. A reward tier is a non-financial thank-you perk only.
4. Payments
Contributions and payouts are processed through licensed mobile money operators. Applicable fees, if any, are disclosed on our Pricing page and shown before you confirm a payment.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use RiseNkap for fraud, money laundering, or any campaign that is illegal, deceptive, or misrepresents its beneficiary.
6. Moderation
We may suspend or close a campaign that violates these terms, and every moderation action is logged internally for accountability.
7. Limitation of liability
RiseNkap is not liable for the outcome of a campaign, the delivery of a promised reward, or losses arising from a user's own error (e.g. an incorrect phone number).
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of RiseNkap after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda.
